Why should I have my property managed?
Your property manager will take the hassle out of owning a rental allowing you more time to spend in the garden or on the boat. You will still have the same control but will no longer have the need to spend your evenings showing prospective tenants through your rental only to find that they dont turn up.
When will I get my money?
Your account can be forwarded rent on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, its your choice!
How often will you inspect my property?
Your property manager will be happy to inspect your your property as often as the law allows. The law allows 12 inspections per year and we are happy to do this for you, however we generally find that quarterly inspections are sufficient.
What do I get for my money?
We offer a variety of services, tailor made to your requirements, this way you are not paying for services which you do not require. You can select some or all of the following
