Steve Warburton – Principal Owner

Steve has been working in the Property Management industry since 1989 and is the Licensee of Prime Rentals. Steve has a Diploma of Business Studies majoring in Real Estate.

His role is new business and working with landlords wanting more specialised assistance.

Sue Warburton – Property Manager 

Sue manages a portfolio of properties, carries out property inspections and has a great deal of experience in the rental market. Also handling work orders and maintenance.

This could be you – Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager on a incentive program. Good opportunity for a motivated person to earn a good income and work with a friendly team.

Helen  – Letting Manager

Helen  is the happy face on reception. She has extensive experience in customer service and will act as your first point of contact. Helen is our letting manager.

Alicia  – Property Manager

Alicia manages a portfolio of properties from letting of property to co-ordinating maintenance. Alicia joined us in May 2011 after working at Disney World and has excellent customer service skills.She has recently returned from maternity leave
