In 1993 Steve and Sue Warburton recognised the need for a stand alone property management company. At this time there were a small number of property managers all in established sales offices.

The Vision was born Prime Rentals Ltd offering landlords a independant specialist Property Management Service.

The business has continued evolving offering clients a leading property management service in the Tauranga and Bay of Plenty region since April 1993.
